Harper Lazo – Founder
Harper Lazo is the founder of The Lazo Group. She has more than 20 years of Fortune 100 marketing, technology, and agency experience. Prior to starting The Lazo Group, she was a Senior Vice President of marketing for Bank of America, focused on the connected customer experience. Her work has been recognized by Ad Age Magazine, the Effie awards, the Emmy awards, and the Billboard Interactive awards.
Robert Hart – Chief Operating Officer
Robert Hart directs The Lazo Group’s client service, business development and day to day operations. A true New England native, Robert grew up in a mix of Portland, Providence and Boston and has his bachelor’s from Dickinson College and an MBA from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. A 22-year veteran of the international travel and education sectors, Robert has led operations and business, product and brand development on a US and global scale for Education First’s student travel and exchange divisions and American Express’ consumer travel segment. A strong believer in “glocal” thinking, Robert speaks several languages and is passionate about applying his international experience and perspective to address client needs and business challenges on the local level.
Leslie Frame-Crowley – Director of Operations
Leslie Frame-Crowley has several years of experience in program coordination, facilitation, and project support for nonprofit and consulting organizations focusing on social change. As the Community Director of WisdomWomen, a nationwide network of women working in social change, she is the founding member and facilitator of the Girls Initiative, a collaborative group for all ages. Leslie is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Social Work with an interest in virtual and in person community.
Meghan Robbins – Account Director
Meghan Robbins is the Content Manager of the Lazo Group. She received her MBA from Boston University. She brings years of experience in the healthcare field where she was able to utilize her strong project management, communication and customer service skills.
Bailey Rayment – Account Executive
Bailey Rayment is an Account Executive for The Lazo Group. She is a recent graduate from Amherst College class of 2018, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and Psychology. While at Amherst, Bailey was able to develop both her writing and communication skills, and her past two marketing internships have given her the opportunities to further enhance these skills in a marketing setting
Alice Gallagher – Graphic Designer
Alice Gallagher assists with graphic design and visual communication for The Lazo Group. Alice received a dual degree in Art History and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh and has previous experience in museums, galleries, and home decor. When she is not working, Alice is an art enthusiast, an avid reader, and an amateur runner.
Pauline Miller – Graphic Designer
Pauline Miller is a freelance designer, writer, and curator living in Philadelphia. She received her degree in Art History and Museum Studies from Hampshire College, and has worked with numerous museums and historic sites including the Walt Whitman House in Camden, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Amherst, Mass., and the Philadelphia Photo Arts Center. In her spare time she enjoys reading a good book and focusing on an intensive knitting project.
Diane Rann – Graphic Design
Diane Rann assists with graphic design, and visual communication for The Lazo Group. Diane is originally from Michigan, but moved to New York after college, and made the decision that the east coast was where she belonged. When not working on graphic design projects, she enjoys volunteering for a local non-profit, zumba, and her two rescue cats from Puerto Rico.
Deborah Nam-Krane – Content Manager
Deborah Nam-Krane assists with copy writing for The Lazo Group. She has been a blogger for over a decade and has published ten installments of her New Adult fiction series, The New Pioneers. Deborah lives in Boston with her husband and children and is a graduate of Northeastern University.
Alexis Lacock – Photography and Videography
Alexis Lacock, is a Business management graduate and photographer/videographer for The Lazo Group. She is developing her career in both artistic and professional styles of photography. In addition to photography and film, she spends her time as vocalist/songwriter for Progressive Rock band, Frantic Endeavor. Her remaining free time is devoted to friends, family, and her 7 year old Aussie Shepherd, Marcus.
Tori Peterson – Analytics
While an undergrad at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Tori pursued a dual-degree in Finance and Hospitality and Tourism Management with a minor in Psychology. She was also very active on campus being involved in several business clubs, Chi Omega Fraternity, residential life, community service, and more. She had three internships including a supervisory role at a country club, a financial advisor intern role, and a financial analyst role. She studied abroad in Sevilla, Spain where she grew her passion for travel. Upon graduation, she spend her free time traveling the world before entering her first role as a financial analyst. Currently, Tori works full-time as a financial analyst for corporate IT expenses at a large insurance company within a leadership development program. The program is a rotational program where she has the opportunity to see many different aspects of the company. She will soon be moving to a FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis role) where she will be able to dive deeper into the numbers and learn more about the business. Her job heavily consists of data analysis, data modeling, report automation, and continuous improvement work. Outside of work, Tori spends most of her time volunteering at a local rescue league or hiking with her new puppy Huck.
Stacy Nahas – Finance
Stacy Nahas is the Founder of GrandView Management, LLC, a small business management firm based in Newton, MA. She manages Financial Controls for The Lazo Group. Stacy’s expertise spans a long and impressive career with more than 25 years’ experience. Her background includes Director level positions in Operations, Business Management, Administration and Finance. She possesses an innate knowledge of the specific needs of an organization and what is required to be successful. Stacy holds a B.S. in Business Management-Finance from the University of Massachusetts and is a currently Commissioned Notary for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Stacy is also Co-Founder and Business Manager of Smith&Press, a boutique publishing company, which specializes in translating 15th to 17th Century early books and manuscripts predominantly from Latin, Greek, French, Italian and German into English and then producing and publishing those works. Some of their works can now be found in the Smithsonian.
